UI/ Digital Designer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £40000 – £50000/annum
My client is a specialist agency that creates learning solutions exclusively for the life sciences industry. The types of projects my client work on are diverse, spanning from pre-launch to post-launch positions of drug and medical device brand lifecycles, across multiple audiences including sales representatives and medical science liaisons. The materials they produce focus on scientific and product knowledge, as well as the skills needed to communicate this to healthcare providers.
Deliverables can range from full launch curricula to individual assets, such as:
Interactive e-learning programs
Print modules and infographics
Workshop design and development
Patient journey videos
Podcasts

Headquartered in London, my clients EMEA region business has grown dramatically over the past three years. They have built an incredible design team and are looking for a special someone to join them with a focus on UI and digital design.
Who is right for this position?
The person suitable for this position will have:
A passion to create killer user experiences—you’re not simply a graphic designer who can create user interfaces
The ability to visually tell a story based on scripts and discussions with writers, instructional designers, and other creative team members
Strong desire to learn and expand your skill set
The ability to handle multiple tasks, and to prioritise those tasks and deadlines
High level of motivation, ability to deal with pressure, and adaptability
Teamwork and communication skills
Positive attitude and good sense of humor
Ability to work in Central London office on a flexible basis
BA/BSc in graphic design, interactive design, or equivalent
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an agency setting
What will you be doing in this role of UI / Digital Designer?
As a UI / Digital Designer, you will have the following responsibilities:
Create high-level E-learning programmes adhering to interaction design principles, applying branding, typography and colour theory
Wireframing and prototyping
Develop branded E-learning templates for use within interactive content
Turn E-learning storyboard elements into reality
Develop graphics, illustrations, animations, and other media elements for print, multimedia, and mobile learning solutions
