Salary : £40000 – £50000/annum

Unique opportunity to join one of Manchester's most exciting Architectural practices in a role specifically created to attract an exceptional Architect with vast Education-sector experience to their ranks.

It's no secret the successes this practice have had in the past 5 years. They have continued to diversify, grow and adapt to an ever-changing landscape whilst attracting some of the most talented Architectural & construction professionals around to join their team. They have expanded into a different sectors, promoted staff internally and continue to inspire the next generation Architects whilst retaining focused on their core principle of designing excellent buildings.

With established roots across various sectors, this practice are able to compete with the market-leaders and existing household names in the Manchester Architecture scene. Their latest project win is well-publicised and is comfortably one of the largest Education-sector projects in the North of England currently. It is reaching a critical stage in the early design phase and we are looking for an experienced, Senior or Associate-level Architect to oversee this project from near-inception through to completion. Initially they will be joining the team with support from an experienced team of Architects and Technicians and reporting into a Director that has managed the earlier stages of the project.

ARB/RIBA Qualified Architect.
Minimum 8 years post-qualification.
Experience working within the Education-sector would be beneficial, Large-scale project experience essential.
Proven experience with REVIT & BIM preferred.
Experience managing a small team of Architects & Technicians.
Proven ability working with contractors and clients. Ability to communicate clearly with various parties.
Ambitions to spearhead an exciting project and oversee its development throughout the coming years.
