Junior Designer
An exciting position has become available for a full-time Junior Designer based in Congleton. The successful candidate will earn initially the legal basic hourly wage as this is a trainee role.
In the role of Junior Designer, you will be part of our established studio team. Perhaps you have already studied design in college or University? Either way, as a confident junior designer or aspiring designer, your input will include bringing fresh, innovative creative ideas to our team whilst also listening and learning from professionals.
Role Requirements
Ideally, you will have some background and/or insight to creative design – through various channels, tools, software packages and visual applications.
You will be a confident individual, with a thirst for knowledge and ambition in a design, creative environment.
Supportive, an active learning and a positive contributor.
You will be eager to learn, and grow with the company.
Role Responsibilities
Working with the Studio team – learning how to communicate through creative design , platforms and mediums.
Support the Design team on day-to-day admin and studio duties – secure files, client file/cases secured, target dates and deliveries on campaign outputs.
Understanding of how our clients can ‘talk’ directly to their audiences through creative design and digital applications and contribute to the delivery of these.
