We are seeking a Store Manager in Tyrone who have a real love and flair for visual merchandising, customer service and exceptional commercial awareness. This company is all about sustainability and offering their customers multi branded / luxury products while providing its customers with a boutique environment.
Responsibilities;
Day to day operations of the standalone store.
Mentoring and developing the team around you.
ability to be pro-active with replenishment and visual display in store.
Being reactive to the day to day of people management.
Providing a stylising service to your customers and engaging with their needs in store.
Working in partnership with your Head Office of stock package and return of store.
Attention to detail with inventory and stock movement daily.
What will you need;
Be currently a Store Manager or Deputy Manager within a fashion environment.
Have a natural love for seasonal trends and social media platforms.
have excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
work well under pressure to delivery on the day to day demands of your role.
Good planning and organisational skills to deliver the very best to your employer and customers.
Enjoy managing people and assisting in their development in the fashion sector.
Exceptional visual merchandising skills with ability to work off planograms.

37.5 hour contract
