Interior Architect – prestigious residential projects – South West London
My client is a boutique Interior Design Studio based in South West London. They are currently on the hunt for a talented and detail-orientated Interior Architect to join their friendly and close-knit team.
This Studio have an exciting influx of prestigious residential projects around the world, from Miami to Dubai to Prime Central London. Working at this Studio offers the opportunity to work on some highly prestigious projects, creating luxurious spaces for discerning clients. You will work in a small supportive team, that values collaboration and creativity.
For this Interior Architect position you need:
At least 3 years of experience working on luxury residential projects
Excellent drawing skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign and Photoshop
Knowledge of building regulations and a practical understanding of technical/construction details, with the ability to produce detailed design packages for tender.
Excellent spatial planning skills
On-site experience
A meticulous eye for detail, and can work well under pressure. This is a full-time, permanent position, based from their Wimbledon Studio.
