Senior Architect
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £38000 – £45000/annum
Conrad Consulting are working in partnership with a leading, national design practice to recruit for an exceptional design-focused, Senior Architect with a minimum of 5 years' UK-based experience to work on a number of Large-scale Residential and Commercial projects within this Manchester city-centre studio.
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated individual to work with one of Manchesters, and the UK's most inspiring and forward-thinking Architectural practices.
Candidates will be offered immediate exposure to a wide range of projects; mostly within the Large-scale Residential and Commercial sectors. Applicants with previous experience in these areas will be viewed upon favourably, however this is not essential for the role.
The successful applicant here will:
*Be proactive and clear in identifying and meeting objectives.
*Ideally have previous experience managing design teams.
*Be able to demonstrate high level communication & presentation skills.
*Have at least 5 years UK-based, post-qualification experience.
*Be fully conversant using AutoDesk REVIT software.
*Ideally have experience within the Residential, Education and Commercial sectors.
*Be able to demonstrate a high level of design capability within their portfolio.
