Design Project Manager

Kenect Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Project Manager for our prestigious client to be responsible for the general day-to-day co-ordination and management of the business.
They have an opportunity for a Project Manager to come into a business specialising in Design, Planning and Architecture. This role will enable an individual to take charge of their own projects with the backing of a prestigious employer who have a history of excelling in the Design and Architect sector; as well as the chosen individual to gain or excel sourcing, liaising, planning and co-ordinating skills.
Salary – £18,000 – £25,000 per annual year (Depending on experience)
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
9:00 – 17:30
Main responsibilities:
Assisting architects and other colleagues preparing quotations
Collecting and sourcing quotations from other specialists
Finalising planning/build applications
General admin duties
planning and co-ordinating consultants and meetings etc
Arranging on-site visits with clients and other members of staffThis is a full time, permanent position with an immediate start.
