Architectural Revit Technician
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £35000 – £40000/annum
An opportunity has arisen for an Architectural Revit Technician to join an award-winning practice based in the Waterloo area of London.

With several exciting project opportunities on the horizon, the Architectural Revit Technician role would see you support on a number of heritage and cultural projects across the studio. Revit proficiency is a must and you will need to be confident implementing and developing the team's Revit skills – This is a supporting role and so there will be a strong emphasis on developing the practice's Revit and BIM Skills.
Architectural Revit Technician Key Responsibilities:
Production and development of Revit models and working drawings
Continuous development and maintenance of Revit models, libraries and templates
Implement and enforce best practice procedures
Support on teams on various projects
Support the Project lead with input to Revit model as required
Acting as key point of contact for internal and external project related queries
Ensuring risk, quality and best practice guidelines are met
Contributing to the studio's identity, design ethos and low-tech philosophy
Key Skills and Competencies:
Excellent working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD, with a minimum of 2 years industry experience on live projects and content creation
Proven background in Architectural Technology
Knowledge of BIM and Dynamo (would be ideal but not required)
Strong visualisation output with Revit
Strong presentation and time management skills
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
Person Specification
Successful candidate must be a creative problem solver who is confident and self-motivated.
Confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
Eligible to work in the UK
The successful Architectural Revit Technician can expect to receive a highly competitive salary up to £40k – dependent on experience.
