This leading contractor is part of one of the UK's leading construction groups with an exciting opportunity for a Design Manager position based in West London. They specialise in residential developments with a focus on creating communities and neighbourhoods.
The Role
The first project you will be involved in is a 90-unit development RC frame mid-rise building. You will be surrounded by a professional on site design team that includes highly talented tier 1 quality design professionals. The company has created a unique professional yet relaxed environment where everyone is encouraged to maintain a healthy work-life balance, where the team are encouraged to work to the standard office hours.
To succeed in this role, you will need to call upon your solid architectural background and experience on RC frame projects typically in value between £5m-£20m gained either in a main contractor or residential developer.
