The opportunity to programme lead our established and successful Foundation Diploma in Art and Design course and study programme, at our Queens Road Campus, has become available. The successful candidate, will be an innovative, progressive and positive leader and creative educator. They will have a solution focused approach, who will work alongside the excellent team of creative practitioners and educators, both practices informing one another. The new Lead will support and develop the team to further collaborate, build and develop the curriculum to incorporate all the study programme elements, to prepare well rounded students for progression to HE and employment, in response to the creative industries needs.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Teaching, learning, assessment and internal quality assurance
Leading the course team & the development and delivery of the Foundation Diploma in Art and Design and implementation of all elements the Study Programme, Enrichment, Group Tutorials, 1:1 Tutorials, Work Experience, Maths and English
Timetabling responsibilities
Beneficial Skills & Qualifications
Experience and evidence of creative practice and creative education
Experience of FE study programme delivery
Experience of curating exhibitions
Relevant Creative BA hons Degree, and PGCE/Qualified Teacher Status
