CAD Technician
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £20000 – £22000/annum
Conrad Consulting are working alongside an innovative Architectural firm to source an adept CAD Technician to join their team based close to Woking.
This practice have recently been specialising in the successful delivery of design projects for both Petrol Filling Stations and Electrical Vehicle charging points. As such, we really require a CAD Technician to assist on the design of such projects.
The CAD Technician will be expected to deal with a wide range of tasks, having responsibility for all of the following:
Carrying out site visits and surveys around the country to take measurements and photographs of proposed sites.
Producing CAD drawings, including site plans, general arrangement layouts and elevations.
Production of documents to comply with CDM Regulations.
Ensuring drawings from other consultants are coordinated with master site plans and MBH drawings.
Producing as‐built drawings and required documents after site visits to comply with CDM Regs.
CAD Technician Requirements:
HNC minimum
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
2 years work experience minimum
Full clean driver's license
Highly organized and good communicator
Training on EV Charging, CDM as well as other PFS related qualifications will begiven to the successful candidate.
The successful CAD Technician will receive a competitive salary and company benefits, with a package likely to be up to £22k.
