Conrad are pleased to be working with a design studio based in the heart of Leicester city centre, that require a talented Architectural Technician to join their highly motivated Architectural Team.
The practice have been longstanding in Leicester, with an Architectural team committed to offering an integrated design service, creating inspiring buildings. They deliver bespoke solutions within the Residential and Commercial sectors predominantly, and have long standing client relationships, and very low staff turnover.
The successful Architectural Technician will be working predominantly on Residential projects, however experience working in this area is not necessarily essential.
Requirements of the Architectural Technician include:
Architectural Technology degree or qualifications in a related field.
At least 2-3 years of industry experience
Knowledge of both AutoCAD and Revit (desirable)
Confident in a client facing role
Ability and confidence to work autonomously, and as part of an enthusiastic design team.
Excellent organisation & technical ability
Keen interest in the technical aspects of the preparation of specification writing, detailed design and construction drawings
Salary offered is between £24,000 – £30,000 dependant on current experience level, alongside a competitive benefits package.
