Architectural Technician

Conrad Consulting are looking for an experienced Architectural Technician to join one of Birmingham's largest and most successful practices!
Due to an influx in workload in a variety of sectors, an Architectural Technician with approximately 3-5 years of industry experience is required to join this award winning practice. You will be joining a talented team of Architectural professionals working on attractive projects throughout the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technician to take the next steps in their career on the way through to Senior level and beyond.
Requirements of the Architectural Technician include:
Degree qualified Architectural Technologist or equivalent
Experience in a range of sectors and project types, with particular impetus on large scale commercial and industrial schemes, along with Residential/Housing knowledge
Revit proficiency
Thorough knowledge of Revit software would be highly desirable for this position
Comfortable working at RIBA stages 3-6
The practice pride themselves on developing high quality schemes predominantly throughout the Midlands region, but do have a number of projects running nationwide. They are in an enviable location and with close public transport links, this opportunity can be accessible to those travelling from outside of Birmingham city centre. An aspect of travel may be included in the position, so a full UK driving license and access to a car would be highly desirable.
A lucrative salary in the region of £26,000 – £32,000 per annum (dependant on experience) and an attractive benefits package will be on offer to the successful candidate.
