One of the UK's leading House Builders are looking to strengthen their busy technical team and as such require an Architectural Technician to join them at their Suffolk office.

We require an Architectural Technician with a demonstrable background in the Residential sector – ideally operating upon multi-unit schemes for developers. You will have an adept ability to produce site layouts and design packages for both Planning & Building Drawings packages as well as fantastic project management skills.

Architectural Technician Requirements
Relevant technical qualification (HNC, HND, Degree etc.)
Demonstrable experience within UK Residential sector
Proficiency with AutoCAD
Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
Project management ability
UK driving licence
