My Client is one of the world's leading luxury fashion brands who is enjoying unprecedented success.As a result they are now seeking an experienced sales team to join their team at their beautiful store in Kildare.
You will be particularly involved in customer service management , as part of a small, friendly, team in this fast paced environment.
You must have great customer service skills, matched with ability help and work with your team to achieve the highest levels of operational efficiency as well as customer service skills. You should be passionate about your work and my client's brand.
Successful candidates for this role in the past have come from a variety of backgrounds – luxury,high street fashion, accessories and jewelry.
You will have;
Track record of successfully working in a customer service role as part of a team.
Track record of great customer service skills with strong numerical skills
Goal and action oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and balance priorities
Customer and people focused with the ability to develop and implement excellence in your team
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
