Excellent opportunity for an Architect to join one of Birmingham's most successful Architectural practices based in the city centre. Due to significant growth and an influx in work load, an Architect is now required to join the team.
The practice has been established since the early 1900's and has been a stand out member in Birmingham's architectural scene since. The practice is involved in a broad range of sectors and project types, boasting an enviable client portfolio that includes some of the UK's largest housing developers and contractors, big name brands in the automotive industry, and high street retail names throughout the UK.
The Architect required for this role will ideally hold up to 3 years of post qualification experience in a similar practice environment, and will be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience within a range of sectors. Particular experience in Residential, Commercial and Education schemes would be highly beneficial when applying to this position.
Clear progression routes will be on offer to the successful Architect as the practice continues to grow, making this an ideal opportunity for an Architect seeking the next step to Senior level and beyond. You will be developed and mentored on your way to leading and mentor the more junior Architects and Architectural Assistants within the office, passing on your expertise and knowledge to assist in their development.
Skills and qualifications required for this Architect position include the following:
UK recognised qualifications, with approx. 3 years of industry experience
ARB registration / RIBA chartership.
Experience of working in varied sectors, including; Residential, Education and Commercial schemes.
Software proficiency in Revit is essential, along with AutoCAD
The successful Architect will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package, which will include the following:
Salary in the region of £34,000-£40,000 per annum
