Job Running Architect
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £35000 – £42000/annum
Job Running Architect required to join a Manchester-based Architectural practice.
We're looking for a qualified Architect or Architectural Designer with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience. Someone with experience actually managing projects and liaising with clients, contractors and various construction professionals.
Typically you will encounter a wide-range of projects here, from industrial facilities through to Retail developments and Hotels. They are a classic, well-known Architectural brand in Manchester with an excellent track record for delivering high quality projects to an variety of end-user clients.
In order to facilitate an incredibly busy period for them, they are now looking for an experienced, job-running Architect to join the Manchester studio. This person should have good design, technical and job-running skills. Alongside this we would hope for the individual to be comfortable in a client-facing role.
Salary is negotiable but likely in the region of £35,000-£42,000 per annum.
