We are looking for a good, confident individual with excellent design skills and a real passion for good Architecture. This person will likely be an qualified Architect, or even experienced Architectural Assistant with a minimum of 2-years practical experience in a UK-based practice. We're not too fussed what software you are proficient in using – AutoCAD, REVIT, Vectorworks, ArchiCAD are all fine! What is important is you, and what you can bring to a fast-paced and ambitious practice with big plans for the year ahead.
The company tend to work on Residential schemes (low/medium/high-rise), plenty of nice bespoke, private dwellings to get stuck into alongside various Commercial schemes. The projects tend to be based in Cheshire, North-Wales and the reasonably local area and can be on behalf of a variety of public and private clients. The office is incredibly collaborative; the Architectural team work closely with Associate and Directors, much in the same way as they offer support themselves to younger or lesser experience members of the team. There is unlimited potential for growth here, with several of the current senior team having joined the company at a junior level and progressed.
There is the scope for flexible working here, with great levels of independence offered to individuals that can be trusted to manage their own time and deliver quality work repeatedly.
