Architectural Technologist
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £25000 – £40000/annum
We are currently recruiting for an Architectural Technologist to join a multi-disciplinary practice based on the outskirts of Bath.
Due to a growing workload, they are looking for additional staff to join their team of 20. They have a reputation for high-quality work, winning many architectural awards and forever delivering for their clients.
As a company, they offer a wide variety of services to their clients including Architecture, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Landscape Architecture, and Interior Design.
They work on a wide variety of projects including brand new, high-value residential homes, education schemes, and healthcare projects too.
Software-wise the practice uses both Revit and Vectorworks depending on their client’s requirement, having experience in both would be beneficial but this isn’t essential.
The Role: Architectural Technologist
* Work on residential, education, and healthcare projects
* Produce technical detailing, contemporary designs, building regs packages, specifications, and drawings.
* Liaise and work closely with different clients, contractors, and consultants
* Work across different RIBA Stages but with a focus at times on Stage 4
* Run projects in a team and independently too
Location-wise, they are based on the outskirts of Bath in a nearby town called Corsham. There is parking on-site and transport links close by.
The salary for this position ranges from £25,000-£40,000 depending on previous experience and ability.
