Our client designs and manufactures mounting solutions for professional AV equipment and are looking for a Copywriter to join their head office in Daventry.
They work closely with well-known technology brands and are recognised worldwide as a key provider of innovative mounting solutions to the professional AV and Systems Integrations industry. Working as part of the in-house marketing team, you will create written content for use in digital marketing activities in a variety of formats, including product marketing materials, website content, email campaigns, social media posts, news articles and press releases. You will create and publish content as required, monitor and report on engagement and assist the rest of the team in group projects.
Key Duties
Writing copy for press releases and news announcements
Writing product descriptions and specifications
Updating website content
Creating email campaigns
Creating and posting social media content across multiple platforms
Writing web content whilst considering good SEO / meta data practices
Distributing PR to media outlets and tracking published content
Working with the design team to create a range of marketing content
Assisting in the preparation of company events and exhibitions
Providing support to the sales team and B-Tech customers by supplying content when requested
Administrative tasks as requiredEssential Skills
Using PC and Windows OS
The ability to produce creative, engaging written content
Excellent written English spelling and grammar skills
A meticulous attention to detail, able to identify and correct errors before submission of work
Confident posting and implementing cross platform social media strategy (Twitter, LinkedIN etc.)
Ability to work with a pro-active approach to independently identify and complete tasks
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
