This recently-established business is well-funded and has exciting plans to build on the solid foundations already place with a highly experienced team to develop the Architecture arm of the firm. As such, they are looking to secure the services of highly adept Senior Architectural Technologist to take on the responsibility of becoming the first member of a new, in-house Architecture team and lead the way in growing this section of the business.
Based from their brand new office in Surrey, the Senior Architectural Technologist will primarily be responsible for taking multiple diverse projects through to delivery, all with planning approval or subject to approval, from small housing developments to major multi-unit residential schemes & inner-city high-rise construction and everything in between.
This means that we require a highly experienced Senior Architectural Technologist with a demonstrable background in the Residential sector – ideally operating upon multi-unit schemes for developers. You will have an adept ability to produce technical packages as well as fantastic project management skills.
The Senior Architectural technologist will also have a hand in the development of the office from an Architectural perspective and have an important influence on future recruitment, software packages used, project delegation and the general direction of the Architecture team.
Senior Architectural Technologist Requirements:
Relevant technical qualification (HNC, HND, Degree etc.)
Minimum 5 years experience operating within UK Residential sector
Demonstrable job-running ability
Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
Team management ability
UK driving licence
The successful Senior Architectural Technologist can expect to receive a highly competitive salary, likely to be in the region of £42-£47k (dependant on experience), as well as a fantastic benefits package.
