Conrad Consulting are proud to be working with a national, multi-disciplinary property consultancy that require a design-focused Associate Architect to join their team in Norwich.
This company have managed to forge an envious reputation for delivering outstanding design projects across the country. The Architectural arm of the business is one of the consultancy's largest offerings – with enough Architectural staff employed to enable them to be featured prominently in the AJ100 list of practices.
The consultancy offer services in varied sectors which include both public and private sector projects. This role will see the Associate Architect act in a Lead Designer capacity primarily within the Public Sector, with a focus on Education. The firm have delivered a large number of projects to provide new Primary, Secondary and SEN school estate provision. You will also play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of innovation and sustainable architecture.
As an Associate Architect you will provide technical and management support to the team, ensuring that projects are delivered successfully to the client. If you enjoy adopting a hands-on management style, contributing to drawing, specifications and offering architectural advice along the way then this would be an ideal opportunity for you!
Associate Architect Requirements:
Member of the Architects Registration Board
Professional Chartered Membership of the Royal British Institute of British Architects – RIBA
Experience delivering projects across private & public-sector clients, ideally including Education (not essential)
Extensive experience working in an architectural environment and ideally within a multi-disciplinary team.
Proven experience leading and managing an Architectural design team
Proficient in the use of relevant software tools, including Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and REVIT

Salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience
