Who would I be working for?
Our client is a highly specialised converter of expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam, based in Bristol. We provide a nationwide design, production and delivery service.
This role involves using Computer Aided Design (CAD) to profile and cut polystyrene blocks to meet customer needs. It is a varied and interesting job which requires quick thinking, initiative and flexibility.
What will the role involve?
* Support the senior CAD Operator to complete customer orders of profiled polystyrene.
Warehouse duties.
* Packaging of customer orders.
* Potential for hours to increase to full time.
What are we looking for?
Skills and experience
* Knowledge of computer programmes.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Enable forklift training to be completed.
* Able to measure and calculate accurately.
* Experience of working in a manufacturing environment preferred but not essential.
What else do I need to know?
* Driving license (at least provisional).
