An established fashion brand renowned worldwide for it's high-end menswear, womenswear and lifestyle collections is currently on the hunt for a WHOLESALE SALES & SAMPLE COORDINATOR with German language skills and sample management experience to join their wholesale team.
As a WHOLESALE SALES & SAMPLE COORDINATOR you will be responsible for raising purchase orders, order book management, logistics and delivery issues, and sample management. You will support the Wholesale Sales team on a daily basis to ensure credit notes and debit notes are issued, faulty goods and quality issues, liaising closely with independent and key accounts in the UK and internationally, along with their UK warehouse and the wider international team. You will be based in their trendy Surrey head office reporting directly to the Head of Wholesale.
The ideal applicant must have previous wholesale account and sample coordination experience working for a luxury, lifestyle or premium fashion brand. Demonstrating exceptional communication, organisation, and IT skills (intermediate or advance Excel skills and experience using an internal stock system). You must have previous experience working with warehouses, Key Accounts, independent retailers, multi-door retailers and department stores in the UK & International. As you will be working closely with their European team an additional language ideally fluency in German is highly desirable but not essential.
