Christmas Co-ordinator
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary :
Monitoring all incoming enquiries via email and telephone. Provide quotations to clients and to collate all orders, processing manual and bespoke orders through the online order portal. The role will adapt as the Christmas season approaches, starting with client facing and then leading into scheduling of orders and supplier communication through fulfilment. Flexibility be on standby to monitor calls on weekends during the beginning of December.

Liaise with Sub Contractors
Communicate with customers to ensure they are always fully informed
Accurate processing of orders
Book in orders with customers
Schedule upcoming deliveries and collections Requirements

GCSE level or equivalent
MS Excel – good knowledge
MS Outlook – good knowledge
MS Word – good knowledge
MS PowerPoint – good knowledgeExperience of working within a Sales Admin/Customer Services/Order Processing Role
Role is based in rural Essex therefore employees need their own transport to work Starting in September 2023 – January 2024 – Opportunity for ongoing employment
