The Digital Marketing Executive position is working with a professional consultancy business that delivers Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS/HSE) training and consultancy services across a range of sectors and industries to help organisations achieve the highest EHS/HSE standards. It offers the successful individual the opportunity to work 30 hour per week from Monday to Thursday, that can at times be completed from home.

We are seeking a highly-motivated and results driven Digital Marketing Executive to help generate customer leads, whilst raising the profile of client's services through, aiding in support and further growth of the business. Directly reporting to the Managing Director, you will have a hands-on role and continual personal development opportunities.

You will have a passion for digital marketing with knowledge of digital channels, and the key role IT can play in supporting marketing activities, including best practice and effective management of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, along with a wide knowledge of both Organic and Paid social media campaigns and a clear understanding of social listening. You will be able to demonstrate this through analytical skills and the delivery of great results.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage, develop and maintenance of the website
Highlight and act upon SEO and PPC opportunities, provide recommendations and deliver keyword and content
Plan, create and upload social media content and report back on performance
Build and activate paid media campaigns on social (including Facebook, LinkedIn, GoogleAds), delivering ROI through data-led targeting, testing, and on-going reports
Evaluate digital performance with knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Hootsuite
Respond to social media and website queries
Design, send, and track regular email campaigns to clients using Mailchimp and CRM
Keep up to date with trends and suggest changes to improve user experience
Identify opportunities and monitor competitor activity through market research and analysis
General file management, assisting with general admin tasks and offline marketing activities

THE PERSON:

Marketing related degree or CIM qualification desirable, or demonstrable experience within a similar position
A high level of IT experience, highly analytical, ideally supported with experience of website development and understanding of SEO
Creative skills and eye for design
Excellent communication and written skills
Ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment
Hard working and a team player
Demonstrate problem-solving skills
Highly organised and able to plan workload to meet deadlines
Knowledge or experience of working with various tools e.g. CRM, Content Management System (CMS), WordPress, SEO, Mailchimp, email marketing and Google Analytics, SEO Search Engine Optimisation
