Salary : £8.91 – £9.80/hour Overtime from £13.36 – £14.70
Production Operatives. Genuine Temp-Perm opportunities, 18 people have been made perm during 2020/21. Day Rate – £8.91, Night Rate £9.80, Overtime £13.36 – £14.70. Shifts 6am – 2pm, 2pm-10pm &10pm -6am.
Due to unprecedented growth Seneca Bridge are recruiting Production Operatives for a Personalised Clothing Company based on Trafford Park, who are expanding their production team!
As this is a fast paced, high energy role, we need individuals who can hit the ground running. You will have to be willing to learn new skills and full training will be provided!Production Operatives who have become a key part of their production team have had experience in customer service, hospitality, and a variety of other professions not just previous experience in warehouse and production.
Responsibilities of a Clothing Production Operative:
Taking the customers design and turning this intoa piece of Personalised Clothing
Working as part of adynamic and market leading friendly manufacturing team.
Operating and maintain the printing and embroidery machinery.
Using heat press equipment, weeding vinyl and versaCAMMprints to create high quality customised clothing items.
Cross referencing Customer Orders
What you need to be a Clothing Production Operative:
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
The ability to organise and prioritise tasks.
Open to learning new skills.
Good concentration and ability to focus.
Full flexibility to work all shifts as required.
A quick learner

We are recruiting Clothing Production Operatives on a Temp-Perm basis, once you have completed your training and have been offered a permanent position you will be offered a salary increase above National Living Wage and make the most of benefits including;

As a Production Operative you will be rewarded with an hourly rate of £8.91 for the Day shifts and £9.80 for the night shifts. Overtime does become available and is paid at time and a half.
