Digital Marketing Designer

Salary : £25000 – £30000/annum
Niche Recruitment is on the hunt for a super talented, passionate Digital Designer to join an in-house digital and design team in a well-established, multi-channel global retailer in Oxfordshire who are looking to enhance their digital presence. You will be responsible for the following;
Creating and developing web assets from concept creation, design to implementation
Developing digital assets for use across web, social and email
Working closely with the Design, Marketing, Web and Buying teams to develop and create ideas from brain storming meetings, ensuring that brand guidelines and vision are adhered to
Create cutting-edge UX solutions and templates that bring simplicity and user friendliness to user journey blockers
Deliver wireframes, storyboards and site maps from landing page to basket, for stakeholder review ahead of front-end build
To be considered for the role as Digital Designer, you will need the following skills and experience:
Considerable digital design experience and thorough understanding of web, email, mobile and responsive design principles, with a top-class portfolio
Proven experience within an eCommerce environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with senior managers and other departments
An innovative outlook with strong awareness of trends and best practices
Exceptional attention to detail, delivering high quality digital design in a fast-paced environment
A team player, leads by example and actively promotes brand values and culture
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The role itself…
Our client needs a hands-on Digital Designer to step into the role and lead on digital design to help drive the brand and content across all digital channels. You will have an eye for layout, colour and typography with good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. With a focus on improving the online customer journey, you will manage and deliver multiple projects throughout the creative process through to final sign off, ensuring high quality is maintained throughout, working within set budgets and timescales.
