Senior Architectural Technologist

Senior Architectural Technologist required to join a multiple award winning private practice to be based within their Worcester office, on a permanent basis.
The practice are a large firm consisting of Architects, Technical Staff, Interior Designers, Landscape Architects and Project Managers & Mechanical Design Engineers, to add to their multi-discipline offering. Due to a significant increase of work load, the practice are now seeking a talented Architectural Revit Technician to join their revered architectural team on an initial short term contract.
You will be working alongside a Senior Architectural Technologist, with the opportunity to work on an array of exciting projects in varied sectors including; Residential, Industrial, Commercial, Retail and more. The practice have invested heavily in the implementation of BIM systems and Revit software throughout the office and as a result, are seeking Architectural Technicians with experience working within a BIM environment.
You will ideally be a proficient user of Revit and AutoCAD, and will have worked within a variety of different sectors to be suitable for this position.
Required skills & experience for this position are as follows:
– At least 5-10 years of industry experience
– MCIAT accredited
– Ability to produce high quality drawing packages
– Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD & Revit (at least 3 years of Revit exp)
– Hold a degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent qualification.
Immediate starts are available for the successful Senior Architectural Technologist, with salary expected to be in the region of £35,000-£45,000 per annum dependant on experience.
