This role will involve developing creative material to promote all brands under the group umbrella. The role will consist of creative and printing responsibilities working closely with sales and distribution on sales and events content creation.

Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire
Hours: 09:00 – 17:30 Monday – Friday
Salary: £24,000 – £27,000

20 days Annual LeaveKey Responsibilities of the Creative Designer:
Delivering high-quality graphics to help promote product
Consistently develop fresh, creative ideas
Create marketing content to help assist sales reps
Create point of sale and communication for events and exhibitions
Responsible for photography in house and outsourcing
Refresh brochure and advertorial content including press ads and posters
Designing briefs and estimating the time required to complete a project
Social media content creation
Creation of website graphics
Working closely with the marketing teams to collaborate on ideas and concepts
Tender out external printing services to get the most cost-effective solution
Responsible for internal printing including manuals, booklets and adhoc requests
Support Marketing Manager with adhoc activity
Candidate Specification for the Creative Designer:
Either an undergraduate degree in a relevant creative discipline, or experience of working within a similar role and team
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Specifically Illustrator and Photoshop)
Excellent attention to detail
A creative flair, whilst bringing fresh ideas to the table
Able to establish and maintain working relationships with other departments and team members
Willingness to learn and take on board feedback
Reliable approach to work in order to meet deadlines
Photography and video creation
Individual available for travel to exhibitions both UK and abroad
