Role:
Working within their already well-established marketing team developing new design possibilities that are distinctive, durable, imaginative, and sustainable. Create new, original, and exciting design concepts.
* Producing compelling visual content for social media, website, and e-mail marketing campaigns
* Designing marketing brochures, sales presentations, corporate documents, and internal communications across digital and print formats
* Creating original pieces of work including illustrations, infographics and icons and other visual assets
* Providing creative solutions to transform complex technical information into
* engaging and accessible visual narratives for our target audience
* Working closely with the Head of Marketing to conceive new ideas to constantly upscale and develop the company’s marketing output
* Editing and refining the company’s library of photography
* Producing artwork and specs for 3D renders, internal décor and branded
* equipment
* Producing original animations for social media and the company’s website
* Editing video footage and adding graphics/copy for promotional media
* Maintaining brand consistency across all projects
Requirements:
* 3+ years’ experience in a similar Graphic Design role
* Experience in 3D modelling and/or rendering
* Experience working within a similar packaging background would be highly desirable but other backgrounds will be considered
* Able to demonstrate a rich portfolio of work showcasing creativity and strong graphic design
* Experience of WordPress CMS for website content development
* Language skills (especially in Italian or French) would be very beneficial
* Proficient user of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro)
* Keen to innovate and confident in presenting new ideas
* Comfortable conceptualising and delivering designs to deadlines
* Able to translate intricate technical knowledge into intelligible visuals
* Thrives on problem solving and lateral thinking.
* Highly organised, proactive and has a keen eye for detail
* Able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
* A real team player, collaborative and inclusive
* Effective project manager, able to manage workload
* Honest, trustworthy, and able to work unsupervised
