TeacherActive are recruiting Digital Employer Engagement Adviser for an exceptional Further Education college near Preston, this position is a full time, temporary starting ASAP for roughly 2-3 months.

About the Role:
The Further Education college are looking for a Digital Employer Engagement Adviser with a vibrant personality who would be able to hit the ground running straight away.
To engage and work with employers to gain a clear understanding of their employees' digital skills, and, to home-in on digital skills gaps which exist in the current workforce or which they anticipate may be needed for their future workforce.
To take the lead in establishing positive relationships with local and national employers to successfully secure employer engagement in digital skills training.
Ability to market the benefit of enhanced digital skills and access to professional training opportunities to employers to help them see how these skills could further develop their business processes.
Ability to map a business’s digital journey, to guide employers to appropriate training built around their individual needs
To be considered for the position you must have:
Have an in-depth understanding of current and emerging computing and digital skills requirements in the workplace.
Strong communication skills – able to present information effectively both orally and in writing that positively promotes the college and its partners to employers.
Good interpersonal skills, to establish and maintain effective relationships with employers across a range of sectors.
Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one.
