Architectural Technologist
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £35000 – £42000/annum plus full benefits package
Hybrid Role: 3 days in the office (London or West Midlands), 2 days working from home

The Role:
In this Architectural Technologist role you will be responsible for producing working drawings to a very high standard. Your role would be to work closely alongside other consultants, in preparing and coordinating construction packages including technical drawings, schedules and specifications.
You'll spend part of the working week based in the company's Birmingham, Wolverhampton Or London office (whichever works best for you), and the rest of it working from home. Details around how this will work will be revealed on application.

The Candidate:
To be the right person for Architectural Technologist role you will need direct experience of meeting project deadlines, working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
We also need you to have prior experience of:
Working around UK building regulations
Software similar to AutoCAD, Photoshop or Revit
Producing quality checked and coordinated working drawing packages for D&B contractors
It's important that you also have the following:
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Creativity and the ability to think outside the box
Excellent presentation and communication skills, happy to interact with clients as required

The Package:
The basic salary for the Architectural Technologist role is between £35,000 – £42,000 per annum but those outside this range are also encouraged to apply.
