Graphic design Assistant Gloucester. This is a new role due to growth and expansion within the in-house team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a Fashion brand that is renowned for quality & heritage. The ideal candidate will have been working in a similar role and looking to develop their skills or a recent graduate with internship experience .
Supporting the design team in delivering the digital graphics that are used across the business. From inception and concept design at a photo shoot through to delivery to the end customer.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting photoshoots
* Help with the creation of social media images, advertising, and any website images
* Help to maintain brand identity by understanding and implementing brand design guidelines
* Knowledge of video editing and image retouching
* Ability to bring a creative mind-set when it comes to design across digital communications
Key skills required:
* Strong communication skills and able to build relationships across multiple departments from design to e Commerce to marketing and finance
* Attention to detail and a creative eye for graphic media and photography
* Able to use Adobe CC, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
* Strong organisation skills and able to manage critical paths to deliver business requirements
* Able to work under pressure and work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Flexible approach and able to adjust to the ever-changing needs of a small, high-growth business.
Salary & Package:
£18-£25k ( This is a broad range and its only a guide depending on the experience of the candidate)
