Medical Writer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £40000 – £55000/annum
Parkside recruitment are recruiting for a Medical Writer to work in a highly successful medical team, working as a medical writer the role will be responsible for producing manuscripts, slide decks and educational materials plus other marketing content . The position requires a medical / science background with a enthusiasm and flair for writing and artwork preparation along with excellent attention to detail and clinical thinking .
The role will ideally suit someone who has some agency experience who is looking to further develop their career in a medical team .
This role can be remote based with only 2 days in the office per week (or full time if you'd prefer).
Key duties will include, but not limited to:
Interpreting medical data and creating scientific content
Art working
Slide deck preparation
Design eye
PowerPoint and other creative packages
Collaborating account and business managers
Produce medical education and medical communication materials
Work as part of a medical writing and medical communications team, contributing to projects and proactively working with colleagues internally and externallyMy client are offering an excellent collective culture with opportunities to progress and develop. Your Background:
Minimum of BSc science degree, ideally you will hold an MSc or PhD
Experience in a therapeutic area
Experience working in medical communications
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
