We are delighted to be working on behalf of a leading manufacturer of handcrafted luxury furniture. They are one of the largest international manufacturers of high-quality textiles and furnishings and value their luxury design and quality.

They are part of an International Group, consisting of other major furnishing brands, therefore providing strong financial stability and wide market recognition and have a need for a Trainee Brand Coordinator to join them on a full time and permanent basis.

You will be working with and reporting to the Brand Manager assisting in the delivery of the Brand marketing strategy and will be responsible for the coordination of marketing activity for the brand. Online, In-Store and Print, ensuring consistency across all.

Key Responsibilities:

* Working with the Brands Team to assist in producing and delivering all marketing materials for the brand.

This will include:

*

* Brochures

* Swatching

* Studio schemes and In-Store POS

* Website

* Price Lists

* On product branding

* Be the key link for the marketing team across the rest of the business, ensuring a seamless flow of information to all departments

* Working with our network of outsourced agencies to manage a range of activities; Creative. Social Media, PR and Advertising

* Writing and proofing copy for all marketing materials, including editorial, online, and social media content – scheduling content, as well as community management on appropriate channels

* Create and develop a constant stream of engaging content on a weekly basis that can be communicated across all channels and to all customer bases; B2B, B2C, Internal

* Complete weekly and monthly reports for measuring the success of Marketing Activities

* Working closely with the Marketing Fulfilment Assistant to manage and respond to stock levels of marketing materials, to ensure availability and on the production of all fabric sample books for the Collins & Hayes brand in line with commercial deadlines such as trade shows and product launches

* With the Brand Manager assist in the transfer of administrative tasks to the Marketing Fulfilment Assistant, including raising purchase orders, managing the props store and swatching.

* Assist in the day-to-day management of the website:

* Updating the model collection, fabrics and rendering function in line with commercial deadlines

* Assisting the sales teams with customer and model stockist details

* Coordination of all promotional updates

* Develop a deep understanding of the consumer and their buying journey and how this links into marketing activity to drive the brand forward Attendance at trade shows, photoshoots, client meetings and store visits

* Coordinate all activities for the brands in a cohesive and structured manner; this should be done through both following and developing new procedures to ensure we are efficient and productive whilst aligning to the brands proposition

Key skills:

* Previous marketing experience

* Positive attitude

* Degree level qualified (Marketing Degree advantageous)

* Strong Microsoft package skills

* Excellent communication skills
