We are looking for a dynamic Arts Programme Manager to oversee and deliver an established year-round artistic programme and manage a creative programme team.
You will be working for Derby based charity; they are an international centre for engagement in contemporary art and film. They focus on intercultural dialogue through supporting diverse audiences to engage, develop skills and contribute to contemporary culture. Year-round, their learning, education and participation programmes involve people and communities locally and worldwide in innovative arts programmes.
Position: Arts Programme Manager
Location: Hybrid working with a mix of home working and office based in Derby,
Hours: Full time – 37.5hrs / week, flexible working is offered with this role
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 + pension, generous holiday allowance and flexible working hours.

About The Role:
As Arts Programme Manager you will work on a programme focusing on major exhibitions, professional practice for artists, mass participation, commissions, independent film and the creative use of emergent digital technologies.
You will manage and maintain the delivery of the high-profile exhibitions, participation, education and events programme. As part of the Senior Management Team this is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is looking to play an important role in supporting a highly respected creative team and programme, including key regional and international programmes such as FORMAT International Photography Festival.

To be successful in the role of Arts Programme Manager you will be an experienced Programme Manager with a background working in a visual arts management environment.
This role is a rare opportunity for an experienced and talented creative manager to play an important hands-on role to support and drive the year-round programmes
