Conrad Consulting have partnered with one of Manchesters (and the UK's) best known Architecture practices as they look to continue their expansion into the Rail and Transportation sectors with the hire of an experienced individual from a technical background.
This company are best known across the UK for their incredible projects in the Retail, Commercial and Residential sectors. What you may not know about is their previous work on Airport terminals, Railway stations and various transportation schemes both in the UK and internationally. Typically these schemes involve detailed building-design with consideration of the wider masterplan. They offer a full spectrum of design and construction services and aspire to be the go-to Architectural brand in Manchester.
The position we have available is for an Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist. You will join a thriving technical team in Manchester and receive support from senior staff as you first integrate into the company structure. You will report directly into the Associate Director and work alongside an esteemed selection of Manchesters finest Architectural Tprofessionals.
Ideally we are looking for applicants with either REVIT or Microstation experience and some background having worked on similar projects to those previously mentioned. You will need a strong technical-portfolio and the confidence to demonstrate your skills within a large Architectural practice.
On offer is a salary between £35,000-£45,000 dependent on candidates' specific experience.
