We are excited to be recruiting for a progressive and rapidly growing creative and branding agency based in Nottingham. They now have a cracking opportunity for a Digital Designer with an ingrained love for user-centric digital design to work as part of a small team, hand-in-hand with both developers and clients to create modern, custom built websites with the user journey constantly in mind.

This collaborative and empowering creative agency pride themselves on the high quality of their digital creations and making a positive and noticeable long-lasting effect on their clients and customer base. In this position the successful Digital Designer will take shared responsibility for the planning and architecture, down to an atomic level, of their clients bespoke web based user design briefs whilst working as a team to fulfil the best possible project outcomes.

The perfect Digital Designer candidate will have great prior experience preferably in the detailed, modular UI/UX design of mostly eCommerce websites and apps. Due to the specific, component based style of digital designing the client requires someone with excellent layout and typography skills demonstrated by a strong digital portfolio of work.

We are looking for talented Digital Designers who are able to meet these key requirements:

* Expertise in UI/UX digital website design

* An ability to plate-spin and work pro-actively and empathetically to client deadlines

* Around 3 years previous experience in a similar post

* Strong working skills in Adobe Creative Cloud – Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign etc.

* Resilient, positive and calm under pressure with a can-do attitude

* Experience and willingness in learning to design using Sketch or Figma

* Be persuasive, able to sell work and ideas with excellent written and verbal communication skills
