Part 3 – Recently Qualified Architect

Salary : £32000 – £36000/annum
Conrad Consulting are currently in partnership with a design- led family run architectural practice, seeking a Part 3 Recently Qualified Architect to join their studio in South London.
Established in 2015, the practice has grown from strength to strength and currently oversee a wide range of projects in the South East & London. Provide high quality bespoke architecture tailored to every individual brief, bringing creative & modern design. Prided on flexibility, excellent customer service and attention to detail.
The role will involve working on a series of medium to large scale residential & commercial projects and can be expected to run between 3-5 projects at a time with budgets ranging from £250k to £5m. Therefore the Part 3 Architect must have experience working within the UK/Ireland residential sector. The studio have created a great working environment with a collaborative approach. You will be involved in projects from inception to completion and free to showcase your design flair and technical knowledge. Microstation is the primary software within this practice so a proficient Microstation user would be extremely advantageous. Crucially you must be a team player with a friendly & helpful personality.
Requirements of the Part 3 Architect for this role include the following:
Master's degree in Architectural studies – Essential
Excellent visual, written & spoken presentation skills to contribute to high quality documentation
1-2 Years experience in UK/Ireland residential sector – Essential
Able to work autonomously & and comfortable under pressure to meet deadline
Software knowledge in Microstation, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite – Advantageous
Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and the Planning / Building Regulations application process
Ideally worked on all RIBA stages from conception to completion
Experience of RIBA stages 1-4 demonstrated in portfolio
The practice offer an excellent starting salary between £32,000-£36,000 (dependent on experience) company pension salary and benefits package.
