We are excited to be supporting our client to hire UX & User Journey Executive on a fixed term contract. The successful UX & User Journey Executive will support the digital product and business analyst teams in mapping and defining requirements for the user journey as they undergo implementations of new technologies.
Our client
Our client is an established organization (200 employees), B2b and B2c products and services, and a flexible and collaborative culture. This position would suit a UX, Digital Optimization, Digital PM, or Developer interested in UX seeking a contract that will take them through to the end of 2022.
Key tasks:
Supporting the team in scoping user journeys and testing online functionality from a customer user perspective.
Create flow diagrams visualizing the user journey
Supporting BA team to build positive online journeys for customers.
Making recommendations and identifying limitations of the systems.
Working collaboratively with the digital teams to define requirements.
Work with the team to create visuals and CSS / html assets (desired)
Skills & experience:
Previous experience mapping customer / user journeys for new systems
Experience creating flow diagrams to show user journey
Knowledge of UX principles and best practices (desired)
Experience of development, coding, or creating CSS / HTML Assets (desired)
