Architectural Technician (Microstation)

Experienced Architectural Technician required to join one of Manchester's best-known Architectural practices as they continue to expand and diversify their portfolio of projects into different sectors.
Their ideal candidate would have a good grasp of both AutoDesk REVIT and Bentley Microstation. We understand it's uncommon to be experienced in both softwares, but candidates that can display experience in both will be fast-tracked to interview stage.
Typically, this company work on projects within the Commercial, Education and Transportation sectors. They are looking for an ambitious individual to join the company and work across these sectors and play an active part in the development and diversification of their portfolio in these areas.
The office is medium-large size with around 20 fellow Architectural members of staff locally, with another supportive team in a closely-linked office elsewhere in the North of England. Support is offered regionally and the workload can be shared if ever it's necessary. This should give prospective new-hires extra confidence in the longevity and security of a job here.
We are looking for an Architectural Technician that meets the following criteria:
Degree Qualification in a relevant Architectural (or similar) discipline.
Minimum 2years post-qualification.
Experience working on UK-based projects. Knowledge of UK building regs.
Experience with REVIT & Microstation would be most favourable. However one or the other will also be very much of interest.
Previous experience working on Commercial, Education or Transportation projects.
Good, effective communication skills.
The role will be based on a flexible basis. A few days from home and a few in the office to spend time with colleagues and to attend meetings is usually the norm here.
