Our client provide simple solutions for complex and demanding Direct Mail Marketing Projects, assisting businesses achieve their campaign objectives by advising on all aspects of the process.
We are looking for someone with proven management experience who has excellent communication skills, is adept at problem solving and can confidently create, control processes and procedures whilst maintaining a critical eye for detail.
The role will involve managing a tight knit team within the data services department, overseeing work-flow, KPI's, efficiency's and development of the team whilst supporting and leading by example.
As such this will be a hands-on management role progressing and aiding the team with analysing, cleansing and formatting client data, mail sorting and de-duping, creating mail merges for printing using various software packages.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the Direct Mail sector and be competent in the use of various software packages including Cygnus, XMPie and InDesign. These skills and experience would be a distinct advantage.
The candidate should be IT-savvy with an excellent understanding of Microsoft excel, be organised and extremely methodical whilst being capable to react quickly and calmly to changing priorities within the business and managing this with the team.
The successful candidate will be given comprehensive training and support. The position is office based just on the outskirts of Portsmouth, and offers an attractive, competitive salary, together with excellent working conditions, consistent with one of the area's largest leading employees.
Working Days Monday – Friday 8am -5.30pm
