A renowned sportswear brand that leads the way for clothing apparel, footwear and accessories has a rare opportunity for a Colour & Trims Developer with strong teamwear and multi-product apparel experience to join their established design & development team in The Netherlands.
As a Colour & Trims Developer you will be responsible for managing all colour and trim developments from start to finish along with lab-dips and colour print. You will attend design briefings and review meetings, working alongside the Design, Product Development, Product Management, and Sourcing teams. You will be a key part of the Product Team, and will report directly to Product Director.
The ideal candidate must have previous Colour & Trims Development experience preferably working for a sportswear, premium brand within licensed and /or Teamwear. Have a strong understanding of colour theory, and colour measurement for quality assurance with experience working with external suppliers and Far East factories. Possessing exceptional communication (written & verbal) and fluent in English, have great leadership skills and be highly IT competent.
