An Adrem Exclusive opportunity to work for a multiple award-winning design studio renowned for creating and delivering beautiful spaces across a range of typologies, locations, and scales.
This studio has an incredibly active portfolio of both UK (90%) and international (10%) projects, with an extensive pipeline of upcoming projects.
As with many studios in the current market, this practice is experiencing an influx of residential + mixed-use project wins, but unlike other studios, they can offer an increased variety in both scale and client diversity; from developer led multi-unit + mixed-use schemes (including medium + high-rise buildings) through to super-prime residential projects for very affluent clients (including UK + International Villas / high-end developments).
Moving away from the current project influx, the practice boasts a portfolio of completed, award-winning schemes across a range of sectors. This includes cultural, public, workplace + hospitality projects. Although there is an initial focus on hiring to support the current residential portfolio, future project exposure in these sectors is highly likely.
The immediate requirement will see the successful candidate working immediately on residential, hospitality + mixed-use projects that will ultimately diversify your portfolio, provide career progression into project leadership opportunities, direct exposure and mentoring from industry recognised architects and much more.
Requirements:
RIBA Part III / ARB accreditation with 1-5 years post qualification experience
Proven experience working on UK based residential projects (additional international experience is highly desired but not essential)
Demonstrable design and technical flair
Revit software proficiency (BIM Level 2 project experience highly desirable)
