Salary : £44000 – £50000/annum discretionary profit share
An Adrem Exclusive opportunity to join an established, small-medium sized architectural practice working on an assortment of unique residential + education projects across London.
This opportunity requires an individual with proven experience leading multi-million-pound UK-based projects across various RIBA Stages.
The ideal applicant will possess both front-end design and latter delivery experience (an all-rounder), but the studio is very open to accommodating individuals that consider themselves more design led or more technically led – multiple positions available.
Typical project values start at £10M-£15M and larger schemes exceed £50M+ in construction value.

Proven experience leading complex projects across various RIBA Stages (0-4 &/or 3-5 etc.)
UK based Residential &/or Education projects experience – with project / construction values exceeding £10M
RIBA Part III or ARB accreditation
Full Revit software proficiency is essential – This studio was an early adopter of Revit, and all projects are managed in a BIM environment.
Strong communication skills – written and verbal
