You will be working for our award winning client, who are based in Westminster and are recruiting for a Front of House Receptionist/Administrator. No flexible working for this role unfortunately, it will be 100% studio based.
Working hours:
40 hours per week an
8.30am to 5.45pm Monday to Thursday
8.30am to 4.30pm on Friday.Salary up to £28,000

Subsidised gym membershipThey are looking for a confident, efficient and experienced Receptionist, who will also provide administrative cover to the Practice Manager and Directors as required.
The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, be well presented, articulate and possess a positive approach to supporting the practice.
Responsibilities:
* Greeting visitors, answering telephones and general receptionist duties
* Producing reports and typing correspondence
* Distributing studio emails and post
* Assisting with event management (staff events and corporate/client events)
* Coordinating internal and external meetings
* Setting up/clearing meeting rooms
* Monitoring and ordering kitchen and office supplies
* Assisting with Document Control work
* Assisting the Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator Requirements:
* At least 2 years administration/reception experience
* Accurate typing skills and attention to detail
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. In-Design skills preferred but not essential
* Able to display high levels of discretion when dealing with confidential information.
* Able to work effectively under pressure
* Excellent timekeeping and 100% reliability
* Personable with professional attitude and appearance.
