Due to an increase in orders and demand, my Client in the Ilkeston area is looking for Overlock Machinists to join their teams,

These positions will be working regular Days, Monday to Friday working on overlock machines to produce soft furnishings

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Experience working within a fast-paced factory setting.
• Changing machine settings for different jobs
• Feeding material through the machines. Ability to feed large amounts of material through the machines each day, combining repetition with consistently high-quality output.
• Stitching together other items, using guides and templates for positioning and badge stitching.
• Checking finished work against the companies.
• Adhering to company health and safety policies, broken needle policies etc
