Graphic Designer
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our awesome and growing team at Manuka Doctor, where you'll get to spend time with our brilliant creative design agency 'Strada Creative' based in Welford, Northants, as well as work closely with our Digital team at the Manuka Doctor Office in Hinckley.
What you’ll be doing…
Working closely with the Digital team and our creative agency, working to style guides and design themes to produce web assets to use on our website, social channels, adverts and emails
Taking an active role in our digital planning meetings, proactively identifying the assets required from our promotional plan, and actioning those requirements efficiently and within required timescales
Bringing new ideas and your own initiative to ensure our websites are looking great and achieving the right customer experience.
What you’ll need…
Not only do we need someone who is passionate about graphic design, we need someone to be able to interpret a promotion plan to identify and implement our key requirements.
This means we’d need you to have:
In-company experience working with design software, including Adobe InDesign
Passion about the customers online experience
Strong listening skills
A keen eye for detail
Great prioritisation skills, with the ability to organise and execute tasks timely and efficiently
Excellent communication skills, working with a range of people
The ability to multitask and work without supervision
Strong team ethic who’s also happy working independently
Good IT skills, including confidence with Microsoft Office programs
And one last thing, you'll need to be able travel to our creative design agency's office based in Welford, Northants for up to 4 days per week, as well as spend time in our Hinckley Office in Leicestershire, so living within commutable distance is important.
