Due to continued growth First People Solutions are recruiting an Architectural Technician for a well-established Glasgow based company, this is an exciting time to be joining the organisation. This is a great opportunity to work with large house builders on ongoing medium to high rise housing projects.
The role requires working with the customer at a technical level to ensure connection details, elevation and layout drawings are correct prior to manufacture and installation. The new candidate will be joining a growing team of technicians.
The Role:-
Update customer drawings with window and door set sections and connection details Update elevations and floor plans drawings.
Detailing of Winter Gardens, Balustrades, AOV products and Aluminium Pods.
Resolve any project-specific detail issues, prior to production and installation Ideal Candidate 2 years+ experience in a similar role who understands current building regulations. AutoCAD LT eSalary: £24,000+ dependent on experience.
Holidays – 29 days Hours
Mon-Fri 8/9am-4/5pm (Flexible 37.5 hour week)
